I love the aroma of a used bookstore. It’s so similar to a bakery, scents wafting leisurely, whetting the appetite in my mind’s stomach while simultaneously soothing me, the memory of a long ago grandma inviting me in, feeding me with her homemade bread, pie or pasta, regaling me with stories from years ago as we both sip her dark coffee.
:If you can smell this photograph, this bookshop is a place for you." I know the musty smell.
:)
Lovely! i could spend days here! thanks for the journey.
Thank you 🙏🏽

:) Nostalgia wrapped in the scent of paper. A second-hand bookstore can feel like a grandmother’s hug
Oh wow! Thankyou so much for sharing this. I have been a regular to Blossoms and Bookworm but missed visiting Select altogether. What a shame! :(
Now I know where to go first when I am towards Brigade road.
Actually, same here. I also end up at Bookworm, Blossoms and Sapna usually and miss Select. Not the last time I was there.
What a neat, little, sincere bookstore, thanks for taking us there. 🙏
Loved the pictures here. So excited to visit this store soon.
